Cordell’s Racing is an online go-karting-themed store offering:

  • Custom merchandise fulfilled through Printify.

  • Physical products shipped directly.

2. Products and Fulfilment

2.1 Print-on-Demand Merchandise:
Items such as apparel and accessories are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. Production and shipping times may vary.

2.2 Affiliate Products:
Some product links will redirect you to third-party websites. Purchases made through these links are subject to the third-party seller’s terms. Cordell’s Racing is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or customer service of affiliate products.

2.3 Physical Products:
We also offer select physical items shipped directly from us or our suppliers. Shipping times will be provided at checkout.

2.4 Digital Products:
Digital products (e.g., downloadable PDFs, training materials, eBooks) will be available for instant download after purchase. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment system. Prices are displayed in [GBP/USD/EUR – choose one or specify “based on user’s location”], and taxes or shipping fees (where applicable) will be added at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Printify Products:
Due to the made-to-order nature, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Affiliate Products:
Refunds or returns for affiliate items must be handled through the respective third-party seller.

Digital Products:
All sales of digital downloads are final. No refunds will be given once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products (Non-Printify):
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Cordell’s Racing or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

6. Affiliate Disclaimer

Cordell’s Racing may receive a commission for purchases made through affiliate links. This comes at no additional cost to you and helps support the business.

7. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. When you use our site or make a purchase, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. This data is used to process orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience.
