I Broke the TeamSport Leicester Lap Record!

Yesterday evening was unforgettable, I broke the TeamSport Leicester track record with a new lap time of 35.4 seconds! I'm now the fastest driver at the track, and it still feels surreal.

Race Report

🏁 Qualifying: P2 🏁 Race: P10

The evening started strong. I qualified in P2 and felt confident going into the race. I knew I had the pace to stay competitive.

Once the race began, I fought hard to remain near the front. The competition was tough, every driver was on their game, but I stayed determined. For the first few laps, I held my position and found a solid rhythm.

Then came the mandatory kart swap, designed to level the field. Unfortunately, that’s where things went wrong. I had to switch karts twice, which messed up my momentum. It was frustrating, and I knew I had a disadvantage for the rest of the race.

But I didn’t let that stop me.

I focused on every corner and every braking point. Somewhere in that chaos, I pushed past my limits and not only beat my personal best but also the TeamSport Leicester track record!

Sure, I didn’t make it onto the podium—I finished in P10—but I walked away with something even better: the lap record. That’s a win for me.

There’s always more to learn and more races ahead. For now, I'm celebrating this milestone and thinking about what’s next.
